Immunization is very important to protect infants from infectious diseases that can even be life threatening. National Immunization Week (PIN) is a national government program that aims to provide immunization to infants in Indonesia for free. but in its implementation in every region has constraints about the limited vacuum flask. the thermos used can not make the temperature last. the required cooling temperature of the vaccine is 2-8 0C. Cooling design is carried out by using thermoelectric as a cold source controlled by autonics temperature control. testing is performed on a series of thermoelectric installations to be applied for the manufacture of a portable vaccine. The stacked thermoelectric is a series and the temoelectric that both sides attach to the tin are parallel. by using heat pipe-sink as a cooling medium on the thermoelectric thermal side, the maximum cooling temperature obtained is 6 0C in the series circuit.
