Bali is a destination tourists both foreign and the domestic. Effects of tourism development in Bali make Bali as a destination sought for employers and employees. With so many workers would not be absorbed into the labor market to ensure optimal labor protections. By forced in order to make a living in Bali workers accept the terms of employment established by employers despite heavy for him. On the other hand employers to gain as much as possible often ignore asfek legal protection of workers is mainly to avoid the obligation to provide social security for workers, that by manipulating the rules applicable to memperjakan pekerla on a contractual basis The research was conducted at PT. Dinar Arthakencana Ubud- Gianyar is one of the service providers to exchange money, in the form of foreign currency, with the research method used is empirical juridical method which is the study of the identification law and the effectiveness of the law. In preparation done field research that utilizes primary data from interviews and observations are supported by secondary data sources. Thus found a solution to the problems posed. The results obtained in this study is PT.Dinar Arthakencana Ubud- Gianyar still not comply with certain provisions of Act that apply in particular Act No. 13 of 2003 on Employment relating to the regulation regarding the procedure for extension of the agreement that the Working Time Tertentu.Faktor PT.Dinar affect Arthakencana- Ubud, Gianyar, using contract workers for permanent jobs are affected by the lack of legal awareness of entrepreneurs still high, driven by the desire to achieve high economic efficiency that benefit optimally be obtained.
