DESCRIPTION OF PREECLAMPSIA CASE MANAGED CONSERVATIVELY IN EMERGENCY ROOM SANGLAH HOSPITAL, DENPASAR BALI DURING THE YEAR 2013

The case of Preeclampsia is one among the top four causes of maternal death, but the decrease in the number of cases at least that still causes of morbidity and mortality. Required an analytical study for this situation. Epidemiological picture of preeclampsia patients in the ER General Hospital presented Sanglah not specific, so the data is not sufficient to be used as the basis for the analysis of why the decline in the number of cases of preeclampsia is still optimal. This was a descriptive quantitative research to describe cases of preeclampsia in the Emergency Room Sanglah. The study was conducted during the months of November-December 2014 patient records and exclude cases with incomplete patient data. Of the 219 medical records, there were 195 cases that met the inclusion criteria. Recorded 60 cases of referral (30.7 %) of the total 195 patients with preeclampsia were managed conservatively. The city of Denpasar is the origin of the reference area that most cases of preeclampsia during 2013, that was 21 out of 60 cases, or 35 % referral. Referrer cases of preeclampsia was recorded at most of the district -level service centers Regional General Hospital as many as 21 out of 60 cases, or 35% referral. 70.76 % was recorded there PEB cases 138 cases, while 57 cases of PER (29.23 %). The case of pre-eclampsia is more common in the age group 20-35 years old mother that there were 126 people, or approximately 64.61%. Preeclampsia is rarer in primigravida that only 90 people (46.15 %) compared with multigravida patients (53.84%). The use of health financing assistance by patients showed that 107 patients (54.87 %) using assistance for health care financing.
