Musculoskeletal pain is pain that comes from the musculoskeletal system, which consists of bones, joints and soft tissues that support the muscles, ligaments, and tendons. The study of the human aspects in the work environment are reviewed in anatomy, physiology, psychology, engineering, management and design / design called the science of ergonomics, the term is derived from the Latin is "ergon" meaning work and "nomos" which means law. One aspect of ergonomics is wrong sitting posture in a long period of time can lead to fatigue. The study population is students of Medical Education in the Faculty of Medicine, University of Udayana. The purpose of research is to obtain information / accurate data on the phenomenon of musculoskeletal complaints and VII semester student perceptions of Medical Education Program Faculty of Medicine, University of Udayana about the causes of musculoskeletal complaints during the lecture. Research is descriptive observational studies (non-experimental) measurement of the variables is done once in a while, there is no treatment or intervention on the subject and there is no follow-up, the data were analyzed descriptively. So the design of this study include cross-sectional descriptive study. Conditions classrooms used, 0.9% is very appropriate, corresponding 53.3%, 38.3% less fit, and 7.5% did not fit .. The perception of the causes of musculoskeletal complaints, the general condition of the projector screen 36.1% was appropriate , 63.9% have not been appropriate. Perception of the causes of musculoskeletal complaints, to chair the general lecture was appropriate 42.7%, 57.3% have not been appropriate. Back seat lecture, 74.6% is appropriate, 25.4% had not appropriate. Results of musculoskeletal disorders in students with the highest number of complaints on the neck top with 51.5% of complaints.
