Low back pain as a global health problem in the world ranked fifth in America as a condition requiring patient to ask for professional help. Lenghts of sitting time are believed to be one of the risk factor causing low back pain. The research worked on in hope of finding if lengths of sitting time does correlate with low back pain in hotel employees. The research use the whole employees of The Grand Santhi Hotel Denpasar. Questionnaire were given to the whole employees whom fulffiled the inclusion and exclusion criteria. From 75 sample received, 33% complaint of low back pain. Analyze proven that there is no significant correlation between the lengths of sitting time with low back pain (p = 0.796) with weak coefficient correlation (r = 33). From this result the conclusion is that there is no significant correlation between lengths of sitting time and weak coefficient correlation with the low back pain complaints for the employees of The Grand Santhi Hotel Denpasar.
