Stored platelets undergo a series of shape and functional modifications, which are commonly referred to as platelet storage lesions (PSLs). One of the parameters tested were glucose. This study is to determine the difference in average glucose levels of platelet concentrates on the storageI, III, V in Unit Donor Darah PMI Provinsi Bali/ RSUP Sanglah Denpasar were prepared June-August 2014. The design is observational analytic study. Samples were taken using sampling techniques consecutive sampling. Samples tested by Clinical Chemistry Equipment (ROCHE, Cobas 6000). From 18 samples, obtained an average glucose level on day I is 457.50 37.57 g/dL. The average glucose level on day III is 461.9143.55 g/dL and the average glucose levels on day V is 460.9140.56 g/dL. Data were analyzed using One Way ANOVA showed significant values(p-value) is 0.943, which means p>0.05. It shows that H0 is accepted that there is no difference in average glucose levels of platelet concentrates on the storage on day I, III, and V. Need futher research about factor affecting not significant differences from glucose level of platelet concentrate during storage
