THE ROLE OF THE JOB SATISFACTION IN THE RELATION OF THE JOB INSECURITY WITH TURNOVER INTENTION EMPLOYEES

Employees assigned in the new institutions must have felt different job insecurity and work satisfaction from previous place of employment. Job satisfaction of employees assigned at the Institute of Financial Services Authority will be influence to turnover intention employees, as well as with Job Insecurity will be influence Turnover Intention Employees from the Institute of Financial Services Authority to Bank Indonesia. This research aims to find influence of job insecurity for turnover intention, job insecurity for job satisfaction, job satisfaction for turnover intention, and role of job satisfaction in relations job Iinsecurity to intention turnover employees assignment at the Institute of Financial Services Authority. The research is done by having 40 people as respondent. The data were collected through a questionnaire with a total of 35 statements and then the technique used to analyze the data was Multiple Regression using SPSS. The results of multiple regression analysis proved that job insecurity has negative and significant influence for job satisfaction, job satisfaction has negative and significant influence for turnover intentions, Job Insecurity has no significant influence for turnover intentions of employees. The implications in this research are Bank Indonesia has to improve the quality both soft skills and hard skills so that employees are able to control good or bad situations impacting the jobs, promotion opportunities, fair performance assessment and the creation of a better working environment in Bank Indonesia so there is no intention turnover employee to another institution.
