ABSTRACT PT Telkom Access (PTTA) has various problems in managing its huge and complex network infrastructure. One of them is inefficient coordination between technicians with helpdesk when connecting to ODP. A large number of customer and located in multiple locations caused coordination to take a long time. The problem of inefficiency in PT Telkom Access (PTTA) can be overcome by building Geographic Information System (GIS). Who will use the GIS are helpdesk and technician. Web-based systems will be used by helpdesk and mobile-based systems will be used by technicians. The web-based system will be built using PHP and a mobile-based system will be built on the Android platform. The system is designed using UML and ERD which is implemented using PHP, MySQL, Android SDK and Google Maps API. Applications on the helpdesk side can manage ODP, manage customers, and manage users. While on the technician side can do ODP location search, see ODP details and update ODP data, see the connected customers, and verify ODP location. Based on Black-box testing, all the functionalities of the web and Android ODP mapping system that have been built can work well.
