Broiler can be a meat source beside the beef, because very quickly reared to produce meat. To increase the carcass of the broiler can be done with add Organic acids and inorganic acids as acidifiers in the feed. As an added substance in the feed, organic acid and inorganic acid cause the increasing of the excretion of metabolites remnants. This study aimed to determine the effect of organic acids on the kidneys, which were observed in glomerular histomorfometri picture. Proliferation of glomerular causes a change in the overall renal corpuscles which include glomerular diameter, urinary space and Bowman's capsule diameter, which can be the indicators of the renal damage. This study aimed to quantify the diameters of the glomerulus after rendered up with organic acid and inorganic acid in maintenance period. This study used 24 female broilers. This study also used completely randomized design with 4 treatment groups and every group with 6 samples. Every group devided into P0 as a control, P1 is given by 3 g/kg of feed, P2 is given by 6 g/kg of feed, and P3 is given by 9 g/kg of feed. Treatments is done for 35 days of maintenance period which is started from 7 day to day 42. The result of observation in cortex shown the diameter of the glomerular in the group I (P1), group II (P2), and group III (P3) were significantly different (P<0,05) with the control (P0). The result of observation in medulla shown group I (P1) was not significantly different (P>0,05) with the control (P0), however in group II (P2) and group III (P3) were significantly different (P<0,05) with the control (P0).
