The purpose of this study is; 1) to analyze simultaneously and 2) to analyze the partial effect of the use of production factors land, use of fertilizer and labor to total Arabica coffee production and 3) to analyze the economies of scale and 4) analyze the efficiency of production factors in the plantation business Satra arabica coffee in the village of Kintamani Bangli Regency Year 2015. in this study the type of data used was primary and secondary data. Data analysis techniques used in this study include engineering analysis of Cobb-Douglass, economies of scale and economic efficiency. Respondents in this study amounted to 84 samples from a total of 501 farmers were calculated using the formula Slovin. Furthermore, taking the number of research samples in each Subak determined by the proportionate stratified random sampling method with the assumption that farmers and land area used the same technique. The results showed that the variable land area (X1), the use of fertilizers (X2) and labor (X3) simultaneously and partially positive and significant impact on the amount of production (Y) on the plantations of Arabica coffee in the village of Satra Kintamani Bangli District 2015 . Test economies of scale in a state of increasing returns of scale and level of efficiency of factors of production is not efficient.
