The intersection of Jalan Uluwatu 1-Jalan Uluwatu 2-Jalan Wanagiri which is located in Badung regency has high traffic volume because thatís one of roads which connect strategic tourism object in south of Badung regency. The problem of intersection is the length of delay, that is shown by a queue of vehicles which are looked when green traffic light has been stopped or the vehicles applied to red traffic light more than once. The purpose of the study is to determine the performance of signalized intersection with roundabout in this condition. In addition, this study aims to determine the waste of time value associated costs caused by the roundabout. The delay which happened along the peak time, morning, afternoon, and evening are 59, 72, 67, 89, 91 second with the intersection service degree is E. While the amount of waste due to the time value of roundabout approximately in Rp. 55.988.095,62 in a day and Rp. 18,81 billion in a year. From this study can be determined the existence of roundabout cause the decrease of signalized intersection performance and waste due to the time value.
