The difference value of current flowing in each phase conductor on a network disribusi electric power, causing an unbalanced state. As a result of this unbalanced state, will cause some of the factors that affect the performance of a distribution transformer, which is one factor is the low efficiency of the transformer and residual current will flow in the neutral conductor. Factors - these factors will lead to losses (losses) on an electricity distribution network. Inter-phase load balancing is one way in which to pressure losses due to load imbalance. This research was conducted by analyzing the power loss situation balanced and unbalanced load at peak periods in the Secondary Distribution Network KA 2085. Large power loss value of the counting process will be represented through the use of simulation software ETAP Power Station 12.6. Based on the analysis, load imbalance in the secondary distribution network KA 2085 have caused the power loss. Large power loss load balanced peak load of 0,104 kW with percentage losses amounted to 0.33%, while losses for unbalanced load peak load of 0.211 kW with percentage losses amounted to 0,69%,
