Load balancing is an exercise in maintaining a distribution substation, because the number of subscriber growth is not the same in every phase. Load imbalance in a power distribution system always happen and the cause of these imbalances is the single phase loads on phase R, S and T in the low voltage network. Equitable burden KD 056 substations by using simulation program ETAP 12.6 powerstaion by measuring the voltage at substations value KD 056, a result of the load imbalance arises in the neutral current transformer. The current flowing in the neutral caused a transformer losses, the losses due to the neutral current transformer on neutral conductor and losses due to neutral current flowing to the ground. The results of load balancing KD 056 substations with 12.6 powerstaion ETAP simulation program that voltage drop percentage results obtained substation KD 056 after the offset voltage drop on R phase was reduced from 7.30% to 1.36% of the voltage source 219Va. After substation balanced KD 056 can reduce the voltage drop and loss of power losses, thus the system voltage is getting to be good and meets the standards of the PLN.
