PRODUCTIVITY FACTOR ANALYSIS WORK PERFORMANCE PROJECT IMPLEMENTATION IN BASEMENT STRUCTURE

In the world of construction services, the success of a project depends on the level of labor productivity. The higher the level of productivity of the project, the project can be said to be successful, but if the level of productivity of a project is low then the project can be said to be less successful. The level of labor productivity is influenced by many factors. Basement is building works in the subsurface such as excavation, footing, sloop and a retaining wall. In the basement there is little difference in terms of workmanship in the construction process. Problems that are usually experienced in the construction of the basement is at the stage of dredging soil. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that affect the productivity performance of a construction project and to determine the most influential factor in the productivity performance of a construction project. This research was conducted at the Central Development project parking and supporting facilities in Building Sewaka Dharma Lumintang Denpasar. The research was done by observing the conditions and the situation of employment in the field and accompanied by a questionnaire. The data were collected through field observation and questionnaires. The data were analyzed by using SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Science). The data analysis has been done shows that the factors that affect the productivity of project implementation performance are project management factor, working tools factor, work environment factor and labor factor. The greatest value of standardized coefficients beta was found in labor factor which is equal to 0,75 or 37.5%, this indicates that the labor factor has the greatest influence which determines the level of productivity performance of a project.
