ANALISIS PERCEPATAN WAKTU PELAKSANAAN PROYEK KONTRUKSI DENGAN JAM KERJA LEMBUR MENGGUNAKAN METODE TIME COST TRADE OF (TCTO)

In the of implementation of construction projects frequently of occur discrepancy between planned and actual schedule in the field, of thus causing tardiness. Many factors of causing tardiness, thatís one way to anticipated by doing acceleration. In doing acceleration, cost and quality factors need to be considered so that obtained optimal cost and quality standards demanded. The object of study in the review was the expansion and renovation project of offices Kanwil and Kanins BRI Denpasar. The alternatives are used is the addition of overtime hours 1 hour, 2 hours, 3 hours without additional manpower. Calculation begins with finding the critical path using Microsoft project 2013 then calculate the productivity and crash duration, normal cost, crash cost and then to get cost slope let begins from the lowest cost and then will be analyzed by using the method of Time Cost Trade Off. The results of analysis by using Time Cost Trade Off can be obtained of the acceleration for tardiness nineteen days with the optimum time of the acceleration in 3 hours a day by adding a fee Rp. 16.210.498, from the beginning of the planned cost is Rp. 4.777.340.360, so that the total value of the project due to overtime be Rp. 4.793.551.128
