This study aims to determine the influence of independence, work experience, level of education and job training on the effectiveness of the internal control structure of credit granting to Lembaga Perkreditan Desa. Sampling method used in this research is purposive sampling technique with sample as much as 92 people. Data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that Independence has a significant positive effect on the effectiveness of internal control structure of credit provision at Lembaga Perkreditan Desa. Work experience has a significant positive effect on the effectiveness of internal credit control structure at Lembaga Perkreditan Desa. The level of education and job training have a significant positive effect on the effectiveness of internal credit control structure at Lembaga Perkreditan Desa. In relation to the results and discussion in this study, it is expected that each Rural Credit Institution should pay more attention to work experience, education and job training when receiving an employee and also to improve and maintain the employee's independence attitude when performing the tasks in order to create an effective internal control.
