The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leadership style, organizational climate, and compensation to employee satisfaction. This research was conducted in PDAM Tirta Mangutama Badung regency. The number of samples taken as many as 160 employees, with a census method (total sampling). Data collected through interviews and questionnaires. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. Based on the analysis found that the style of leadership, organizational climate, and compensation simultaneously significant effect on employee satisfaction. This shows that the more thoughtful style of leadership, and the better the organizational climate atmosphere formed, and the better the system of compensation is applied, the higher the level of employee satisfaction. Compensation is also partially significant effect on employee satisfaction. This shows that the system of compensation such as salary, incentives, benefits in accordance with the workload of employees can improve employee satisfaction.
