Jimbaran - Academic Bureau of Cooperation and Public Relations held "HR Capacity Building Workshop on Public Relations and HR Development in the Academic Field of Udayana University". The activity which was held in Ruang Bangsa Floor III, Bukit Jimbaran Campus Rectorate Building (28/9/2018) was opened by the Chancellor of Unud Prof. Dr. dr. A A. Raka Sudewi, Sp. S (K), and was attended by Vice Dean I and Postgraduate I, and attended by 185 employees from all Faculties within the Udayana University and several invitations from universities outside the University.

The workshop presented three speakers (1) Ir. Nada Darmiyanti S, M.Phil who is the Head of the Bureau of Cooperation and Public Communication of the Ministry of Research and Technology, (2) Colonel Lt. Col. Dr. Arwin Datumaya Wahyudi Sumari, ST., MT., IPM who is the Deputy Secretary of the Siman Center Coordinating Ministry for Political, Legal and Security Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia and (3) Ade Kadarisman, S.Sos., MT who is the Head of the Office of Public Communication and Faculty Lecturers Unpad Communication. This activity aims to improve the performance and human resource capacity of Udayana University in order to realize high-quality university human resources and professionals in carrying out their duties.

Chancellor of Unud, Prof. AA Raka Sudewi in his speech said that Udayana University as an educational institution that has a vision of "Realizing Superior, Independent and Cultured Higher Education" is always strengthening in all supporting aspects, one of which is HR, given the existence of HR is an important factor and driving force to support achievement that vision. The University also continues to carry out various efforts to improve the quality and capacity of HR through the holding of training and workshops in the Udayana University environment. One area of ​​concern today is the public relations and academic fields. Both fields have an important role for the image of the institution in providing services to stakeholders and the community. The Chancellor hopes that this workshop can provide benefits in improving the performance and capacity of human resources, especially HR in the Public Relations and HR Fields in Academic Affairs. (HM)
