He stated that this achievement is clear evidence that Udayana University students possess a high level of competitiveness, creativity, and social awareness.

The Vice Rector emphasized that the MENYALA Program is not merely a competition task, but rather a means of community service that provides tangible benefits to the community. The name “MENYALA” is considered to represent a very positive spirit.

“As law students, you are required to bring light, provide solutions to problems in society, and light the beacon of education and empowerment that will have a long-term impact,” he said.

This activity also embodies the essence of the university’s Key Performance Indicators (IKU) and the concrete implementation of the Impactful Campus concept.

On this occasion, the Vice Rector also conveyed three important messages to the entire implementation team. First, maintain ethics, integrity, and the good name of Udayana University throughout the program, as students represent the university in the community. Second, ensure that the MENYALA Program has a sustainable impact so that its benefits continue to be felt by the community even after the program’s funding period has ended. Third, build harmonious collaboration and communication with supervising lecturers, community partners, and various relevant parties to support the smooth implementation of the program.

The Vice Rector emphasized that the university will continue to support positive steps like these to advance Udayana University’s student achievements at the national level.

“Congratulations on your service, your work, and be adaptive and solution-oriented students. Udayana University, Superior, Independent, and Cultured,” concluded the Vice Rector.

Through this program, it is hoped that students will become agents of change who are adaptive, provide solutions, and are effective in society. The MENYALA program also demonstrates that students’ role extends beyond academics to a real-world presence in addressing the needs and challenges faced by society.
