JIMBARAN – Udayana University (Unud) is proceeding with its 2026 recruitment process for non-civil servant (Non-ASN) professional staff, moving to the interview stage held on Tuesday, September 22, 2026, at the Unud Dental and Oral Hospital (RSGM) in Jimbaran. This stage involves 94 applicants who successfully passed the administrative screening to fill various positions based on the operational needs of Udayana University’s work units.
The interview selection follows the completion of the application document verification process by the committee. At this stage, applicants are evaluated based on their ability to perform the duties associated with the positions they applied for, as well as their willingness to work full-time throughout the contract period.
The recruitment covers several units within Udayana University, including the Information Resource Unit (USDI), Unud RSGM, Unud Clinic, the Business Management Bureau (BPU), and Udayana University Hospital (RS Unud). The positions included in the selection process are diverse, ranging from Programmers, Doctors, Pharmacists, Nurses, and Environmental Health Staff to Medical Record Administrators, Office Administrators, and Dormitory/Student Housing Management Staff.

Interviews on September 22, 2026, were conducted according to a schedule determined by position and interview room at Unud RSGM. Meanwhile, applicants for the Udayana University Hospital (RS Unud) unit are scheduled to undergo interviews on Wednesday, September 30, 2026, starting at 09:00 WITA (Central Indonesian Time) at the hospital premises.
Participants are required to arrive at least 30 minutes before their scheduled interview time, bring their original Resident Identity Card (KTP), and wear neat, appropriate attire. Participants who fail to appear at the scheduled time are considered to have withdrawn from the selection process. Udayana University emphasizes that passing the administrative screening does not constitute final acceptance. The interview results are a factor in determining final selection outcomes, including for positions where the number of applicants is equal to or less than the number of available vacancies.
Applicants who pass the interview stage will subsequently be appointed via an official decree (SK), sign a performance agreement, and perform their duties on a full-time basis throughout the contract period at their respective placement units.
Udayana University also confirms that all stages of the selection process are conducted free of charge. Candidates are advised to disregard any requests for payment or offers made in the name of the recruitment committee.
