Udayana University Holds Computer-Based Written Exam (UTBK) for New Student Admissions for the 2026 PPDS Program, Attended by 335 Participants

Denpasar – Udayana University conducted the Computer-Based Written Exam (UTBK) for new student admissions for the Specialist Doctor Education Program (PPDS) (Sp1) and Sub-Specialist Doctor Education Program (Sp2) for the Odd Semester of the 2026/2027 Academic Year on Saturday (June 20, 2026). The UTBK took place in the Computer Lab on the Sudirman Campus in Denpasar. A total of 335 participants registered, divided into two exam sessions. 195 participated in Session 1 and 140 in Session 2.

The UTBK implementation was directly reviewed by the Vice Rector for Academic Affairs and monitored by the LP3M Monitoring and Evaluation Team. After completing the UTBK (Competency Test), participants will undergo an interview and a Basic Competency Test, which will be held at their respective study programs from June 22 to July 1, 2026. The announcement of the results is scheduled for July 3, 2026.

Vice Rector Prof. I Nengah Sujaya explained that the exam locations will be the computer labs at the Faculty of Medicine, Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, and Postgraduate Studies. After completing the UTBK, participants will undergo interviews at their study programs. The Vice Rector hopes that the UTBK will run smoothly and that the selection process, with a very high attendance rate of over 98 percent, will meet the capacity. This selection process also aims to secure quality student input and resources to ensure they can complete their studies on time, according to the curriculum.
