Badung – The Student Executive Board of the Faculty of Law, Udayana University (BEM FH Unud), held the Iustitia 2026 Student Gathering on Thursday (September 10, 2026), at the Udayana University Lecture Building Hall. This event served as a platform for students to strengthen their advocacy capabilities, enhance academic understanding, and foster communication and participation in addressing various issues within the campus environment.
The event was attended by the Vice Dean III of the Faculty of Law, Udayana University, Dr. I Nyoman Bagiastra, S.H., M.H.; the Coordinator of the Bachelor of Law Study Program, Dr. Made Suksma Prijandhini Devi Salain, S.H., M.H., LLM.; Faculty Advisor Bagus Hermanto, S.H., M.H.; the Chairpersons of BEM FH Unud and DPM FH Unud; as well as active students from the Faculty of Law, Udayana University (Classes of 2024–2026).
The Iustitia 2026 Student Gathering featured several speakers with expertise and experience in the fields of law, academia, advocacy, and student affairs. I Nyoman Parta, S.H., a member of the House of Representatives of the Republic of Indonesia (DPR RI), attended as the Keynote Speaker. Additionally, the event featured Dr. Made Suksma Prijandhini Devi Salain, S.H., M.H., LLM., I Wayan Gendo Suardana, S.H., M.H., Pande Putu Jiyestha Nugraha, and I Made Krishnaya Manachika as speakers.
The series of activities comprised an Advocacy Clinic, Academic Exploration, and a Focus Group Discussion (FGD). Through the Advocacy Clinic session, students were provided with a space to develop their ability to respond to issues in a manner that is critical, constructive, data-driven, and legally grounded. Meanwhile, the Academic Exploration session provides students with an understanding of various academic matters that may arise during the course of study at the Udayana University Faculty of Law. This understanding is intended to encourage students to voice their criticisms and aspirations in a reasoned, constructive, and confident manner.
The Focus Group Discussion session serves as a platform for participants to exchange ideas and examine various issues in greater depth. Through these discussions, students are encouraged to develop critical thinking skills while discovering new perspectives and alternative solutions to the issues at hand.
The “Temu Mahasiswa Iustitia 2026” (Iustitia Student Gathering 2026) represents a strategic initiative by the Student Executive Board (BEM) of the Udayana University Faculty of Law to strengthen communication and collaboration between students and the institution. The event also aims to foster an academic environment that is inclusive, participatory, and solution-oriented, while supporting collective progress.
