The International Office (KUI) of Udayana University held a workshop titled “Unlock Your Writing Potential: Sharpen Your Ideas, Strengthen Your Writing, and Take Your Skill to the Next Level.” The event took place in the Nusantara Room, Agrocomplex Building, at the Sudirman Campus in Denpasar on Wednesday (September 30, 2026).

KUI Head Putu Ayu Asty Senja Pratiwi stated that the event was organized in collaboration with AIYA (Australia-Indonesia Youth Association) to guide students in exploring both the theory and practice of effective writing. Senja further explained that her office supports Udayana University students in pursuing studies abroad—including in Australia—through various initiatives. Beyond this event, KUI plans to collaborate with AIYA on future workshops covering IELTS preparation as well as language and cultural activities.

Meanwhile, the Vice Rector for Planning, Cooperation, and Information, Prof. Dr. Eng. Ir. Made Sucipta, S.T., M.T., I.P.M., noted that Artificial Intelligence (AI) is now widely used in daily life, including in writing. He urged students to use AI wisely and to understand the appropriate limits of its application. He also expressed hope that students would make the most of this learning opportunity and successfully secure scholarships for overseas study.

The event targeted Udayana University students, aiming to enhance their writing skills in preparation for studying abroad. More than 100 students participated in the workshop, which was led by Deva Aryani, President of the AIYA Bali Chapter.
