Jimbaran – Udayana University participated in the verification process for prospective participants of the Abdidaya Ormawa 2026 Awards on Thursday (September 24, 2026), held at the Library Laboratory on the first floor of the Library Building, Jimbaran Campus.
This activity follows the logbook assessment and the Implementation Progress Assessment (PKP) for the 2026 PPK Ormawa program, conducted by the Directorate of Learning and Student Affairs from September 8 to 10, 2026. Based on the assessment results, 126 implementation teams from various universities—including teams from Udayana University—advanced to the verification stage.
Udayana University’s Vice Rector for Student Affairs, Prof. Dr. Gusti Ngurah Alit Susanta Wirya, S.P., M.Agr., attended the verification session representing the university leadership. The presence of university leadership underscores the institution’s involvement in the verification process for programs executed by student organizations.
Six teams from Udayana University are participating in the verification stage for the Abdidaya Ormawa 2026 Awards. These teams are implementing community empowerment programs in the villages of Nyalian, Aan, Nyanglan, Batuan, Kusamba, and Belok/Sidan.
The six programs being presented are: MENYALA by the Law Student Creativity Community (LSCC); JAGADITHA ECOTOURISM by the Environmental Engineering Student Association; AGRI-MOTION by the Student Executive Board (BEM) of the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences (MIPA); AROGYA by the Electrical Engineering Student Association; GARAM LAUT by the Nursing Science Student Association; and Amerta by the Student Executive Board (BEM) of the Faculty of Engineering.
The verification was conducted online via Zoom Meeting. Each team participates in a series of activities comprising a video presentation—lasting a maximum of five minutes—on the program’s implementation, followed by clarification interviews with university leadership, supervising lecturers, the implementation team, student organizations, and sustainability partners.
By participating in this stage, Udayana University continues to encourage student organizations to develop community empowerment programs that are innovative, deliver tangible impact, and ensure long-term sustainability within the community.
