Impactful Campus: The Faculty of Law, Udayana University’s Village Development Program Enhances the Professionalism of Integrated Health Post (Posyandu) Cadres through Ethics and Professional Responsibility Development in Bresela Village

The 2026 Bresela Village Development Program of the Faculty of Law, Udayana University, continues to demonstrate its commitment to providing an impactful campus through the Ethics and Professional Responsibility Development program for Integrated Health Post (Posyandu) Cadres in Bresela Village, Payangan District, Gianyar Regency (Friday, May 22, 2026).

The theme of the activity in Bresela Village was “Ethics and Professional Responsibility Development for Integrated Health Post (Posyandu) Cadres in Bresela Village.” This activity is one concrete implementation of the Faculty of Law, Udayana University’s Village Development Program, encouraging improvements in the quality of public health services by strengthening Posyandu cadres’ understanding of ethics, professional responsibility, and their strategic role in providing professional, integrated, and community-oriented services.

The socialization was conducted because integrated health post (Posyandu) cadres play a crucial role as the spearhead of health services in the community, requiring a thorough understanding of service ethics and professional responsibility in carrying out their duties. The material was presented by Ida Ayu Putu Padmi, the Human Development Cadre of Bresela Village; Ni Wayan Dewi, the midwife of Bresela Village; and Putu Oka Windudasa, a representative of the Payangan Community Health Center Technical Implementation Unit (UPTD).

 

The event was also attended by I Wayan Wijana, the Secretary of Bresela Village; I Wayan Budiarta, the Village Babinsa (village supervisory officer); and I Made Budiasa, the Village Bhabinkamtibmas (community police officer). This initiative demonstrates support for improving the capacity of Posyandu cadres to provide quality health services to the Bresela community.
