The great development of technology affects the competition within an enterprise. In order to overcome the problem posed by the manual system, some companies switch to use computerized system. The employee classification information system is one of the information system used in handling the employment. Where later, it contains sub-systems that discusses the staffing payroll. It starts from attendance checklist by using computerized system , payroll system, classification of employee data to determine the classification of employee. Web Based will be used to build the employee classification information system., which in this system, the attendance checklist is conducted at a certain point that previously has been determined by the company or government agency. There will be employee classification in the employee payroll system. Classification of employee is done in order to reward the employee appropriately. This classification will use Decision Tree Method. With this information system, the writer expects to help HRD in determining recruitment and the transfer of salary to the employee.
