History

Based on the Rector's Decree No. 26A / UN.14 / PR / 2015 dated February 16 2015, Master Study Program of Agrotechnology a substitute name of Master of Dryland Agriculture Udayana University Graduate Program established under Decree (SK) Director General. Higher Education. No. 188 / DIKTI / Kep / 1999 dated April 29, 1999. Master of Dryland Agriculture acquired grade Accreditation A (Decree of the National Accreditation Board of Higher Education No. 001 / BAN-PT / Ak-X / S2 / V / 2012, valid from date May 11, 2012 - May 11, 2017). Master of Dryland Agriculture also has been certified by ISO 9001: 2008 dated July 17 2013. Master of Dryland Agriculture has a concentration that is Organic Agriculture. For the further purpose to the change of its name to the Master of Agrotechnology, it has been proposed three concentrations such as Concentrationof Agronomy, Concentration of Plant Protection, and Soil Science Concentration.

VISION :

Become a center of education, research and development of agricultural potential, so as to produce resource of educators and researchers who are superior, independent and reliable scientific cultured and able to compete.

MISSION :

  1. Carry out master level education and produce experts in order to address the problem of human resources in agriculture.
  2. Developing research to discover new concepts and facts in the farming system as a support to the development of a theory.
  3. Manage research for agricultural development as an alternative solution solving problems through an interdisciplinary and multidisciplinary approach.
  4. Devote the results of research that has been conducted to the community to improve the welfare of farm and community actors.
