ABOUT
IMPLEMENTATION OF RE-COLLECTION DATA OF CIVIL SERVANTS (PUPNS)
2015 IN THE UDAYANA UNIVERSITY
Following up on a circular letter the Secretary General of the Ministry of Research, Technology and Higher Education number 1504 / A.A2 / KP / 2015 dated September 8, 2015 on the Implementation of Re-collection Data of Civil Servants (PUPNS) 2015 in the Ministry of Research, Technology and Higher Education, we need to convey the following points.
- Until now, Udayana University is not carrying out PUPNS charging data electronically yet (e-PUPNS) .
- e-PUPNS in Universitas Udayana will be carried out after the implementation of the socialization of the Ministry of Research, Technology and Higher Education in the 3rd week in October 2015 (estimate socialization by Kernenristekdikti On 22 till October 24, 2015).
- For the preparation and the fluency completion of the form e-PUPNS mentioned, mandatory for employees who are civil servants and civil servant applicants manually filling in advance using e-PUPNS form that can be downloaded at Udayana University website: https://www.unud.ac.id/in/e-pupns.html
- Start of e-PUPNS in Udayana University will be further conveyed after there is the information by Kemenristekdikti.
- Further information about the e-PUPNS can be seen via the website http://pupns.bkn.go.id
- Please be informed to all Civil Servants/Civil Servant Applicants who are available in their surroundings so that not bring about confusion of information.
