Based on decree from the Ministry of Research and Technology Deputy Director General Dynamics Society No. 06/ME/AD.LI/D.KI/VIII/2010 dated August 4, 2010, in order to increase the empowerment potential of local seed, and Udayana University Research Institute was appointed to facilitate the Seminar Research and Technology with theme Engineering Capability Improvement Policy, Innovation and Diffusion of Technology Enterprises.
