Based on the regulation of the Government of the Republic of Indonesia Number 66 in 2010 about the change Of Government Regulation No. 17 of 2010 about the management and implementation of education and the regulation of the Minister of national education Number 34 in 2010 about admission of new students at the College degree Program that hosted by the Government, the pattern of admission of new students at the college degree program through the national selection patterns made by the whole College together to followed by prospective students from all over Indonesia.

Based on the results of the meeting of The Rectors of universities in Jakarta, Indonesia on 2010 November 4, the Rectors of universities under the coordination of the Director General of higher education of the Ministry of national education organized the selection of prospective new students nationwide in the form of selection National College (DEYBAC).  SNMPTN 2011 is the only pattern selection carried out jointly by all the Universities in one integrated system and held simultaneously. SNMPTN 2011 will be implemented through (1) the invitation based on the academic achievements for selection, and (2) the written exams and/or skills.

With respect to the performance of a series of activities has been on the socialization as  SNMPTN 2011 The Invitations in various areas throughout Indonesia, the Committee has received the various entries from the principal, teachers, students, parents, students and the general public, about the provisions and requirements of the school and Student applicants  SNMPTN 2011 The Invitation as stated in the Initial Information.
